Developed a modern, user-friendly web application for constituency complaint management on behalf of Satish Nagargoje, Secretary of BJP Youth Wing. Real-time Tracking: Users can track the status of their complaints with SMS/WhatsApp notifications, ensuring transparency and accountability in the resolution process. 24-Hour Resolution Commitment: The system is designed with a goal of resolving complaints within 24 hours, with clear communication channels to keep citizens informed. Marathi Language Support: Fully localized in Marathi language to ensure accessibility for local residents, with bilingual support (Marathi/English) for broader reach. Constituency Coverage: Serves multiple areas including Sant Tukaram Nagar, Mahatma Phule Nagar, Kasarwadi, Landewadi, and Nanekar Chawl (Division 20). Mobile-Responsive Design: Optimized for all devices, ensuring citizens can easily access and use the platform from smartphones, tablets, or desktops.
