These Terms of Use (“Terms”), which also serve as the End User License Agreement (“EULA”) for the App, govern your use of the Marathi Hindi Compass application (“App”) published by Pankaj Gaikar (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Marathi Hindi Compass is a digital compass and direction guide with Hindi and Marathi (Devanagari) labels, optional Vastu guidance, themes, fonts, widgets, and related tools. The App is for general personal orientation and informational use. It is not a professional survey instrument, legal survey, medical device, or substitute for professional Vastu consultation.
Subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use—unless you have a separate commercial arrangement with us in writing.
You agree not to: reverse engineer or extract source code except where law permits; redistribute or resell the App; use the App unlawfully; interfere with servers or networks; or misuse the App in any way that harms others or violates applicable law.
The App may be offered free with optional advertisements. Optional Premium / Pro access may be available via auto-renewable subscriptions (for example monthly or annual) and/or a one-time lifetime purchase, as shown in the App at the time of purchase.

The App may use Apple App Store / StoreKit, Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config), Google AdMob (for free users), and RevenueCat for purchase status. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies, including:
The App, themes, branding, and related materials belong to the Service Provider or licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Compass accuracy depends on device sensors, calibration, magnetic interference, and environment. Vastu content is general guidance only.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON THE APP, SENSOR ERRORS, DATA LOSS, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $10 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.
We may modify the App or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may stop offering the App or these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your license ends and you should stop using and delete the App. Paid entitlements remain subject to Apple’s purchase terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.
