These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Workout Social application (“App”) published by Pankaj Gaikar (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Workout Social is a design studio that helps you turn Apple Health workouts into share-ready images and videos — overlays, maps, stats cards, and route replay exports. The App is not a social network, training coach, medical device, or emergency service.
Not medical advice. Metrics shown in exports (pace, heart rate, calories, and similar) are for personal sharing and motivational purposes. They are not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Always rely on qualified professionals for health decisions.
Subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use—unless you have a separate commercial arrangement with us in writing.
You agree not to: reverse engineer or extract source code except where law permits; redistribute or resell the App; use the App unlawfully; infringe others’ rights in photos, trademarks, or likenesses you include in shares; interfere with servers or networks; or misuse the App to harass others.
The App does not require a Workout Social account. You are responsible for securing your device and Apple ID, and for workouts and media you choose to export or share through iOS system share sheets and third-party apps.
Core features may be offered free of charge. Optional Workout Social Pro plans (for example monthly, annual, or lifetime) unlock additional layouts, themes, route video, and related studio capabilities as described in the App at the time of purchase. Purchases are billed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

The App uses Apple services (HealthKit, App Store, share sheet) and Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple Privacy Policy.
The App, layouts, themes, and branding belong to the Service Provider or licensors. You retain rights in your own photos and the personal workout data you export. You grant platforms you post to whatever rights those platforms require when you choose to share.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, PERFECT MAP/GPS RENDERING FOR EVERY WORKOUT, OR THAT EXPORTS WILL MEET EVERY PLATFORM’S UPLOAD REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON THE APP, FAILED EXPORTS, DATA LOSS, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $10 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.
We may modify the App or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may stop offering the App or these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your license ends and you should stop using and delete the App. Paid entitlements remain subject to Apple’s purchase terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.
